The reefs around Pigeon Island, Hikkaduwa and the Kalpitiya coast offer accessible, colourful marine environments for both first-time snorkellers and certified divers. We arrange equipment, boat transfers and experienced guides, with dive sites ranging from shallow coral gardens to historic shipwrecks. The east coast is calmest from May to September, while the south-west offers better conditions from November to April. Activity level is moderate and requires basic swimming ability, with beginner instruction available for those new to the water.
